Kimberly reached out to me on a Sunday night about taking breastfeeding photos of her little one. She had taken breastfeeding photos with her other two children and didn't want to break the tradition. (I think it's wonderful when people make taking pictures a tradition, but what else would you expect from a photographer!) That Thursday I headed to a beautiful tree-covered road in front of her home. I brought my go-to blanket and laid it out which added to the beautiful scenery. We started off with pictures of her and her smiley baby boy. Honestly, it was quite funny trying to snap photos of him feeding because every time I got ready to take a picture he would unlatch and make eye contact with me. After a couple minutes of him getting comfortable in front of camera we were able to capture several intimate photos of baby boy and momma. I especially love the one where he is looking at his momma's face while I stood overhead.

After the breastfeeding photos were finished older brother and sister joined in for photos. They were so excited to join in the photoshoot! Older brother even helped baby brother latch and talked to him as sweetly as he could. The whole moment was so special watching momma, and her babies interact with each other.

We finished the photoshoot by getting some classic family photos. We also captured pictures of mom and dad, dad with each child, and then mom with each child. I loved the energy from this family. Everyone was so easy to work with and made for some extremely special photos.
